2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting or minor differences between production batches. Light colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen. We reserve the right to correct or update product information at any time.

3. Safety and Proper Use of the Product
The ShonenBox is an LED light box powered by USB or batteries. For your safety:

• Use it indoors only and keep it away from water, moisture and heat sources.
• Use only the included USB cable or a standard certified USB power source.
• When using batteries, insert them with the correct polarity, do not mix old and new batteries, and remove them if the product will not be used for a long period.
• Do not disassemble, modify or tamper with the electrical components.
• Keep the product, the remote and the batteries out of reach of young children.

Use of the product outside of these guidelines is at the user’s own risk.

4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout wherever possible, although some charges (such as customs fees on international orders) may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept, decline or cancel for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. NeonShonen never receives, views or stores your full card number.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and, for EU and UK consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional discounts or codes may be subject to specific conditions, minimum purchase amounts, eligible products or expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined or applied to previous orders.

10. Intellectual Property
The NeonShonen name and logo, our product photography, videos, written content, graphics and website design are the property of NeonShonen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be copied or used commercially without our prior written consent.

11. Customer Reviews and User-Generated Content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant NeonShonen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our store, marketing and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or inappropriate.

12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy our content without authorization; impersonate any person or entity; or violate the rights of NeonShonen or any third party.
